1. What we collect: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, NIC number, and the stamp designs you create. If you attach an authorisation document, we store that too.

2. Why we collect it: to make and deliver your order, to contact you about it, to verify that restricted seals (legal / government / medical / military) are properly authorised, and to discourage misuse of custom stamps (NIC).

3. Accounts: if you create an account (or place an order, which creates one), we store your profile details and order history so you can track and re-order easily. Passwords are stored securely hashed — we never see them.

4. Who we share it with: nobody, except what's strictly needed to deliver your order (e.g. your name, phone and address go to the courier) and to process payments (handled by our payment provider). We never sell your data.

5. Emails: we send transactional emails only — order confirmations, status updates, and account verification / password-reset codes. No marketing spam.

6. How long we keep it: order records are kept for our business and legal records. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time by contacting us; we may keep minimal records of completed orders where required.

7. Cookies: we use only functional cookies (your language choice and sign-in session). No advertising or tracking cookies.
