Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
1. Custom-made products: every stamp is custom made to your design, so orders CANNOT be cancelled or refunded once production has started.
2. Cancelling before production: you may cancel free of charge any time BEFORE payment is confirmed and production starts — contact us on WhatsApp with your order number. If you already paid, we refund the full amount.
3. Rejected orders: if we reject your order (e.g. a restricted seal without valid authorisation), we refund your full payment within 5-7 working days to the account you paid from.
4. Damaged or wrong items: if your stamp arrives damaged, or the delivered stamp does not match the design you approved, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will remake it free of charge or refund you in full — your choice.
5. Mistakes in your design: you are responsible for the text and spelling you submit. We print exactly what you approve at checkout, so please check carefully. Re-making a stamp because of a customer-side mistake is charged as a new order (we'll give you a discount where we can).
6. Returns: because stamps are personalised items, we do not accept returns except for the damaged / wrong-item cases above.
7. Refund method & timing: refunds go back to the same bank account / payment method used, within 5-7 working days of approval.
