Terms & Conditions

1. Every stamp is custom made to your order, so orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production starts (unless we reject it).

2. You are responsible for the text, spelling and design you submit. Please check carefully before ordering.

3. For legal, government, medical, military or any official / restricted seal, you must provide valid authorisation. We review every order and may reject it and refund you if proper proof is not provided.

4. You confirm you are authorised to order this stamp and will not use it for any unlawful purpose. We collect your NIC to discourage misuse.

5. Delivery charges depend on your nearest town and are shown before you place the order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary (e.g. due to weather).

6. Payment is by bank transfer; production starts only after payment is confirmed.
